Our Story
RIKHOTSO SM ATTORNEYS INC was founded by Ms. Siyabonga Mighty Rikhotso, a Black female Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, who was admitted on 5 March 2026 at the Pretoria High Court.
Ms. Rikhotso completed her matric in 2016 and, in 2017, commenced her four-year Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the University of South Africa. During her studies, she distinguished herself academically, obtaining 18 distinctions.
Upon completing her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2021, Ms. Rikhotso proceeded with her professional legal training. From 2022 to 2024, she completed her four-month Practical Legal Training Programme at L.E.A.D and thereafter completed her two-year articles of clerkship. Her practical legal training included trial advocacy, further developing her skills in courtroom practice, legal argument and litigation. During her articles, she gained valuable practical experience in legal research, legal drafting, legal analysis and litigation across various civil and general legal matters.
Ms. Rikhotso successfully completed her final Attorney Board Examinations in 2025 and thereafter pursued her admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
On 15 July 2026, Ms. Rikhotso established RIKHOTSO SM ATTORNEYS INC, a legal practice committed to providing professional legal services across various areas of civil and general litigation.
As a Black female Legal Practitioner, Ms. Rikhotso is committed to delivering professional, client-focused legal services and practical legal solutions. Guided by integrity, diligence and professionalism, she strives to unlock solutions and advance justice by providing clients with considered, practical and effective legal assistance.
